Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, promotional events, or public holidays.


Shipping Time

After dispatch, standard delivery to the United Kingdom generally takes approximately:

8–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs procedures

  • High shipping volumes
  • Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, where available.

You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are unable to guarantee successful delivery if incorrect or incomplete information has been supplied, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing address details
  • Incorrect recipient names
  • Invalid contact information

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered the fulfilment process, we may no longer be able to make changes.


Delivery Attempts and Uncollected Parcels

Shipping carriers may attempt delivery multiple times depending on local procedures.

If a parcel is held at a local collection point or postal facility, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

Orders that are returned due to failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address information may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Orders Marked as Delivered

If tracking information indicates that an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, SELVRA cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for claims of non-receipt.

If you believe your order was incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us promptly. We may request supporting documentation from the local postal service to investigate the matter further.

Please note that carrier investigations can take several weeks, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the matter efficiently, we may request:

  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Videos demonstrating the issue, where applicable

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution in accordance with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Please note that damage to external packaging alone does not automatically qualify for compensation.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, SELVRA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather events
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Strikes
  • International conflicts
  • Other force majeure events

If significant delays occur, we will do our best to keep affected customers informed.
